This introductory hands-on taping workshop is designed for those wanting to learn how to tape for the ankle, feet (arch), thumb and wrist. Ideal for coaches, managers, parents, fitness professionals, and anyone involved in physical activity.
Successful participants will receive an Introductory to Sports Taping & Wrapping Certificate of Completion that is valid for 3 years.
